活动概念:所谓技职教育,是技术与职业教育的简称。技职教育有别于传统的“学术性”学习方式,它让学生以“实践性”(一般以75%实践课、25%理论课的教学比例为原则)的方式来学习,使学生更能够吸收和掌握新的知识和技能。此外,技职教育也让因经济不济而无法继续深造的学生,在免费或低负担的课程中,获取一技之长以找到合适的岗位。毕业生在累积足够的经验后,还可创业,或再进入大学深造。近年来,各政府部门积极推动技职教育,致使技职课程日益普遍。目前,种类繁多的技职课程,分别由高等教育部、人力资源部、青年及体育部、农业部、国防部、卫生部等开设的学院或培训中心提供。

活动宗旨:
(一) 提高技职教育及认证的醒觉及认知
(二) 提供认证予经验丰富的在职人士
(三) 培训更多专业技术人才
(四) 创造就业机会
(五) 提供第二技术知识与专长(2nd Skill)

(一) 人力资源部部长 YB Datuk Dr Subramaniam(开幕嘉宾)
(二) 马来西亚中华工商联合会总会长丹斯里钟廷森(特别嘉宾)

目标对象:
1. 对技职教育有兴趣的学生、青年及在职人士
2.拥有经验但缺乏认证之在职人士

Our mission:
Our mission is to encourage more certified vocational and technical personnel (including services and manufacturing) to meet Malaysia’s Vision 2020.

The concept of the Project:
Technical and Vocational education is different from the traditional "academic" approach to learning, which allow students to "practice" (75% of general practice in class, 25% of the theoretical ratio of the teaching principles) approach to a better absortion of mastering a new knowledge and skills.

In recent years, various government departments is actively promote vocational education, which has been increasing the popularity for technical and vocational courses. At present, a wide range of technical and vocational courses, are provided by the Ministry of Higher Education, Human Resources Development, Youth and Sports Ministry, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Department of Defense, the Ministry of Health, such as the creation of the college or training center.

Objectives of the programmes:
(A) increasing the awareness of vocational education
(B) To provide certification to those experienced personnel
(C) to train more professional and technical personnel
(D) provide employment opportunities
(E) provide a second technical knowledge and expertise

The Proposed VIPs include:
(A) the Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources, YB Datuk Dr Subramaniam
(B) President of Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia – Tan Sri William Cheng Heng Jem

Target Audience:
Young school leavers and public who are interested in Technical and vocational education and those experienced skilled workers but without certification.
